What nurturer, what kind gentle soul,
she embraces me with all that I am, mistakes and all,
She opens her home, she opens her heart,
she always offers kindness that is gentle,
she's just like that :)

Life
Robust, colorful
Beyond all forms- playful.
Friends remind me that it’s okay
To cry and be sad when our heart fades.
And friends also add laughter and smiles
To reassure us that it’s okay
to go beyond our habitual ways.

Sometimes we’re afraid
To close a chapter
To close a page.

Sometimes we’re open
To renew life
With eyes wide open
Curiously we see
What life surely brings
But then our minds wander back
Again and again, frivolously.

We lose faith in what is here
And our minds go back
And we’re unclear,
Confused,
Withdrawn.
We hear in our hearts
A sad, sad song.

But sometimes the day
Remind us again
That it’s okay to play again.

The day is clear,
The clouds are white,
There is no sadness
In this sky.

When we’re in touch
With what is now,
No past, no future
Can harm the clouds.
And even though the rain
Surely sets in
A rainbow always appears
After the
Dampening.
